Limited Warranty and Replacement Policy

Thank you for choosing our electric unicycles and scooters. Your purchase includes a limited warranty, automatically registered at the time of your order. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers specific manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the date of receipt.

Warranty Coverage

Our electric unicycles and scooters come with an all-inclusive warranty that protects the original owner against manufacturing defects.

*Battery coverage applies if the battery is maintained according to the user manual. Improper storage or maintenance voids the warranty.

Replacement Procedure

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If any part of your unicycle or scooter is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues, we will replace it. Please note that user errors and self-modifications are not covered.

1. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please email contact@onewheelspot.com with your order number and proof of the issue (photos or videos). Our team will assess your request and guide you through the next steps.

Notice: We require photo or video evidence of the damaged part before proceeding with replacements. Claims must be submitted within 12 months of purchase.

2. Shipping Damage Claims

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipment, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include photo or video proof of the damage, and we will assist you with a replacement.

Terms of the Limited Warranty

This warranty is intended to cover defects resulting from manufacturing processes. It does not imply that the product is indestructible or that it will last indefinitely. The following conditions will void the warranty:

  • Damage caused by abuse, neglect, improper repair, or maintenance.
  • Modifications, alterations, or installation of non-compatible parts.
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Please Note:

  • The owner is responsible for labor charges related to warranty service.
  • Shipping costs for warranty claims are also the owner’s responsibility.
  • During the warranty period, we may repair or replace defective parts with comparable models based on availability.

Exclusive Remedy: This warranty offers repair or replacement as the sole remedy. Any other claims for damages, including incidental or consequential damages, are not covered.
