We currently offer FREE shipping on orders of $5000 or more to the following regions:

The lower 48 states in the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Please note:

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Delivery time is estimated at 1-7 business days.
For pre-orders, please refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), following the Eastern Time Zone (GMT-5).

Important: The shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Registered customers can also track their orders through their account on our website.

Please note:

If your order includes accessories, they may be shipped separately.
Delivery times may be impacted by customs clearance delays or public holidays. If your package has not arrived as estimated, please contact us at contact@onewheelspot.com for assistance.
During public holidays, shipping times may be longer due to limited operations by manufacturers and couriers. Service will resume as usual after the holiday.
It may take a few days after shipment for the tracking number to be updated on the courier’s system. If the information is not yet available, please check back later.
