Pre-orders/Backorders Cancellations
Payments for pre-orders/backorders are processed immediately. If you cancel a pre-order/backorder before shipment, you are eligible for a 92% refund of the total order price.
Returns for Delivered Products (Unused)
Returns for delivered products must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied (deducted from the refund).
No replacements will be processed for non-quality issues after 30 days.
Used Items
Returns on used items are not accepted, except in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction.

Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, your order may be damaged during shipping. If this occurs, please contact contact@onewheelspot.com with clear photos or videos of the damage.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the damaged product. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If an item is deemed used or ridden, it will be returned to the sender, and no refund will be processed.
