Returns
Cancellation Before Shipment
  • If you cancel your order before it has shipped, an 8% cancellation fee will be applied.
Cancellation After Shipment
  • If your order has already shipped, cancellations are subject to:
    • An 8% processing fee.
    • Additional costs incurred for recalling the package during transit.
    • Tip: Refunds will be processed once the package is returned, and the recall costs are confirmed.

 

Consumer Responsibility
  • If the return is due to consumer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the chosen shipping carrier.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged items), we will cover the shipping costs.
Return Window
  • You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
Pre-orders/Backorders Cancellations
  • Payments for pre-orders/backorders are processed immediately. If you cancel a pre-order/backorder before shipment, you are eligible for a 92% refund of the total order price.
Returns for Delivered Products (Unused)
  • Returns for delivered products must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied (deducted from the refund).
  • No replacements will be processed for non-quality issues after 30 days.
Used Items
  • Returns on used items are not accepted, except in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction.
  • Returns must be pre-approved in writing by . Unauthorized returns One Wheel Spot will not be accepted, and customers must cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If an approved return passes inspection, customers may receive an exchange, store credit, or refund.
  • If the return is approved, One Wheel Spot will provide a shipping label.
Return Process
  • Notify us as soon as you send your return by emailing contact@onewheelspot.com and include the tracking number.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund within 3 business days.
  • Unauthorized returns of non-returnable items will be returned to the sender, and a restocking fee may apply.
Non-returnable Items Include (But Are Not Limited To):
  • All accessories.
  • Special orders.
  • Used items, except in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction.
Shipping Damage Claims
  • In rare instances, your order may be damaged during shipping. If this occurs, please contact contact@onewheelspot.com with clear photos or videos of the damage.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the damaged product. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If an item is deemed used or ridden, it will be returned to the sender, and no refund will be processed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
